The Parking segment operates approximately 1,633 parking lots and garages at various airports, including Austin, Texas; Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas; Honolulu, Hawaii; Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota; Omaha, Nebraska; Orlando, Florida; San Jose, California; Tampa, Florida; and Toronto, Canada. This segment also operates off-airport parking facilities in Houston, Texas and San Diego, California, as well as offers parking shuttle bus services at airports. The Security segment provides security officers, investigative services, and security consulting services, as well as involves in electronic monitoring of fire, life safety systems, and access control devices. The Engineering segment offers facilities with on-site engineers to operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems utilizing computerized maintenance management systems, as well as provides energy services. The company was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
