The Company markets its directories to professional associations through the continental United States. The Company has been publishing an increasing number of its own proprietary directories of attorney listings and related information. In 2001, 26 of the 69 directories the Company published were its own proprietary directories. The Company relies principally upon the sale of advertising within the directories to generate its revenues. PCNA Communications Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary, conducts its print directory operations and its Internet-based online vendor directory business, which the Company operates in conjunction with its print directory advertising sales.

1-800-ATTORNEY, Inc. is primarily engaged in the publishing of city, county and state bar association print directories throughout the US & selling advertising in those directories. For the 9 months ended 09/02, net sales fell 15% to $3.9M. Net loss fell 50% to $792K. Revenues reflect a decrease of sales in print directories segment. Lower loss reflects a reduction in production expenses and improved operating margins.
