For the nine months ended 31 March 2006, Azco Mining Inc.'s revenues fell 87% to $7K. Net loss totaled $3.8M, up from $1.2M. Revenues reflect reduced sales of mica-filled plastic pellets as the Company is not actively marketing the mica pellets. Higher loss reflects increased stock compensation expense, the presence of loss on derivative instrument liability vs. a gain, lower gain on sale of assets and the presence of debt relief expenses.
