In addition, B&G Foods offers meat spreads, including deviled ham, chicken, roast beef, and liver pate and sardines; various baked beans and brown bread; canned beans comprising kidney, chili, and other beans; and mild and full-flavored molasses products and blackstrap molasses product that is used in baking and barbeque sauces, and as a breakfast syrup. It sells its products through a network of independent brokers and distributors. The company was founded in 1996 under the name B Companies Holdings Corp. and changed its name to B&G Foods Holdings Corp. in 1997. Later, it changed its name to B&G Foods, Inc. in 2004. B&G Foods is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey.
