As of December 31, 2008, it operated 21 full-service offices, 19 automated teller machines, and 1 loan production office in the west central Pennsylvania counties of Cambria, Clearfield, Centre, Elk, Jefferson, and McKean. The company was founded in 1934 and is headquartered in Clearfield, Pennsylvania.
