China Natural Resources, Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration, mining, and development of zinc, iron, and other minerals for distribution in the People’s Republic of China. It involves in exploring and mining gold, silver, lead, zinc, and copper minerals at mines located in Anhui Province and Guangdong Province, the People’s Republic of China. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
