It also offers a Web enabled performance-based budgeting tool for the government market. The Vendor Management Services segment provides business process outsourcing services, and workforce procurement and management services to the global 2000 companies. The company primarily serves financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and consumer packaged goods industries. Computer Horizons Corp. was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey.
