For the nine months ended 9/30/04, revenues rose 2% to $38 million. Net income fell 29% to $3.5 million. Results reflect guaranteed issue and simplified issue life insurance premium growth due to increased production by the independent agency force, offset by higher benefit and claim expenses due to an increase in mortality experience.
