It serves independent and franchise dry cleaning stores and chains, hotels, motels, cruise lines, hospitals, nursing homes, government institutions, and distributors. The company was formerly known as Metro-Tel Corp. and changed its name to DRYCLEAN USA, Inc. in November 1999. DRYCLEAN USA, Inc. was founded in 1963 and is based in Miami, Florida.

For the three months ended 30 September 2006, DRYCLEAN USA, Inc.'s revenues increased 70% to $5.9M. Net income increased 73% to $187K. Revenues reflect an increase in income from commercial laundry & dry cleaning segment due to higher sales of commercial laundry equipment as well as increased sales of dry cleaning equipment. Net income also reflects an increase in interest income due to interest earned on higher outstanding bank balances.
