For the nine months ended 30 September 2006, Dragon Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s revenues increased 74% to $39M. Net loss from continuing operations decreased 46% $1.2M. Revenues reflect an increase in sales of products in the Chinese market and higher income from international market. Lower loss reflects higher government grant income, an improved gross margin for the Chemical division 7-ACA product and decreased other expenses.
