For the nine months ended 30 September 2006, Cedar Fair, L.P's revenues increased 45% to $711.5M. Net income decreased 26% to $117.5M. Revenues reflect an increase in income from admissions, higher sale from food, merchandise & games and increased accomodation & other sales. Net income was offset by higher depreciation & amortization charge, an increase in interest expense and the presence of early extinguishment of debt.
