Its products comprise lumber wrap, metal wrap, polyethylene membrane fabrics, cotton bags, and roof underlayment. This segment sells its products to end-users and distributors in various industries, including construction and agriculture. The company was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.

For the nine months ended 30 September 2006, Intertape Polymer Group Inc.'s revenues increased 10% to $639M. Net loss totaled $151.5M vs. an income of $18.1M. Revenues reflects the acquisition of Flexia and an increase in selling prices.
