The license covers Canada and the United States. The Company also has two retail outlets in Kansas City, Missouri and Olathe, Kansas.

Nu Star Holdings, Inc. is a development stage company which has a merchandising license agreement for the manufacture, distribution and marketing of Star Trek gourmet coffees.
