For the three months ended 31 March 2006, Crawford & Company's revenues increased 11% to $221.7M. Net income totaled $5.8M, up from $2.4M. Revenues reflect increased income from U.S and International segments due to an increase in storm-related revenues in our catastrophe, property central and technical services unit. Net income also reflects improved gross margins and a decline in US compensation expenses as a percentage of salaries.
